    Responsibilities

    As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing code, tests, and debugging new software or enhancements to existing software. You will have a good understanding of business applications as well as user, performance, quality, interface, and security requirements to support a forensic and investigative ecosystem across multiple enterprise applications in a multi-enclave environment.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Develop, test, and debug new software solutions and enhancements to existing applications

    + Work with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them

    + Resolve customer complaints with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements

    + Implement desktop design, testing, security lockdown, and integration with standard software packages

    + Integrate with automated patching and deployment technologies

    + Assist in development of software user manuals

    + Document applications, services, and environments for future maintenance

    + Automate application and configuration deployments and updates

    + Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities

    + Support the multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret)

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

    Required Qualifications

    + Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

    + US Citizenship is required.

    + Experience with SAFe Agile framework

    + Solid understanding of forensic and investigative data requirements

    + Demonstrated experience designing and implementing software solutions in secure government environments

    Mid-Level

    + Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 5 years of experience OR Associate degree with 8 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 11 years of experience,

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development

    + Proficiency with:

    + One or more programming languages/frameworks: Java, .NET(C#), Python

    + Frontend development using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, Bootstrap)

    + Relational Databases and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL)

    + REST APIs using technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Flask, Django, Express.js, or Spring Boot

    + Git and other source control management systems

    + Software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices

    + Debugging and problem-solving techniques

    + **Compensation: 117,800 - 184,100**

    Senior-Level

    + Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 8 years of experience of experience OR Associate degree with 11 years of experience OR High School/Diploma with 14 years of experience,

    + Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development

    + Advanced proficiency with:

    + Multiple programming languages and frameworks

    + Message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Redis

    + Lucene-based search/indexing platforms: Elasticsearch and Apache Solr

    + Data streaming and integration technologies such as Apache Nifi

    + Containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

    + Cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S)

    + API design, versioning, and integration best practices

    + DevSecOps practices and tools

    + Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

    + **Compensation: 142,600 - 222,,850**

    Desired Qualifications

    + Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    + Experience with:

    + Data processing, automation and ETL workflow orchestration

    + GraphQL

    + Server side technologies (Apache Tomcat)

    + Log analytics and observability platforms, particularly Splunk

    + SAFe Agile methodologies

    + Working in classified environments

    Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
