• Windows Debugging Specialist - Systems Analyst

    NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Windows Debugging Specialist - Systems Analyst

    Required Skills:

    + Minimum of 3 years of verified experience in deskside or IT support roles.

    + Proven experience in Windows OS troubleshooting and debugging (Windows 10/11).

    + Strong understanding of hardware components, peripherals, and basic networking.

    + Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    + Organized with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT preferred).

    + Advanced Windows debugging using tools like WinDbg, Event Viewer, and Performance Monitor.

    + Strong understanding of the Windows Registry, including structure, key paths, and safe editing for troubleshooting and configuration.

    + Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user profile management.

    + Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics.

    + Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

    + Ability to perform root cause analysis and document findings clearly.

    + Strong knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus, and patch management.

    Desired Skills:

    + Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.

    + Experience supporting remote users and using remote desktop tools (e.g., SCCM, RDP, TeamViewer).

    + Exposure to macOS or Linux environments is a plus.

    + Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic troubleshooting.

    + Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale deployments.

    + Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

    + Perform advanced Windows debugging and resolve complex OS-level issues.

    + Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve incidents.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures.

    + Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

    + Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
