    Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time.

     

    Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

    Duties:

    + Assist with monitoring absenteeism, maintains time and production records

    + Ensures scrap is recorded accurately and disposed of daily; rework is completed daily

    + Assist in monitoring and maintaining all TPM goals

    + Informs Team Leader of Production Manger of any and all quality issues

    + Clears all faults and restarts machinery

    + Maintains 5S standards

    + Accurately completes paperwork and data entry

    + Fills in for associate when necessary

    + Maintains time and production records

    + Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance specifications

    + Analyzes and provides input to resolve work problems or assists associates in solving work problems

    + Tracks associates in area during emergency

    + Conducts associate cross-training to include maintaining and verifying performance levels and updating records/keeping records of progress

    Position Requirements:

    + Leadership and decision-making skills

    + Strong interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills

    + Ability to read and analyze information

    + Write reports and work instructions

    + Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office word

    + 2 years of Manufacturing experience

     

    Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
