    Description:

    CLINICAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR, PRN

    Summary:

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide clinical care and coordination for about 20 hours a month.

     

    Under the direction of the department manager and in partnership with Saint Alphonsus Health System colleagues, fulfills the delivery of Corporate Wellness offerings to Saint Alphonsus colleagues and area employers.

    Requirements:

    + Must be licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing.

    + **At least one year of clinical experience required.**

    + The Nurse will work in a team environment, follow protocols, create action plans, have excellent patient interaction skills, communicates effectively, and is reliable.

    • **What you will do:**

    + Organizing and attending on-site corporate screenings and wellness events.

    + Reviewing lab results and providing patient education and feedback.

    + Communicating wellness services and providing outreach to at risk participants.

    + Demonstrates compliance with hospital safety policies and procedures.

    Hours and Environment:

    A few weekdays a month. Typically, the work will occur on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, from 6am-10am. Generally, the schedule is prepared six months in advance. Work locations will be in municipality buildings within the Treasure Valley. Travel/mileage paid.
