Client Care Coordinator

Branch Location: Longview

Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What You’ll Do:

As a **Client Care Coordinator** , you’ll:

+ Support healthcare staff and patients by managing care schedules and administrative needs

+ Serve as a key point of contact for clients and caregivers

+ Ensure smooth communication and workflow in a high-paced environment

+ Help your team reach their full potential by providing excellent coordination and problem-solving

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or GED

+ **2 years of experience in a healthcare office setting**

+ **Home Care or Home Health experience** (preferred)

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to work independently

+ Reliable transportation
