Our multidisciplinary team of more than 800 global experts mobilizes quickly to bring our unparalleled technical expertise and industry knowledge to clients’ most complex business problems.

As President of EFI Global, you will set the strategic direction and drive profitable growth across our fire investigation, forensic engineering and environmental consulting services. You’ll lead a high-performing senior management team, cultivate national client relationships, and oversee operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision for EFI Global, aligning cross-functional strengths to seize new opportunities and solve complex challenges.

Operational Excellence: Oversee budgeting, fiscal management, and performance reporting to ensure sustainable financial growth.

Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and retain top-tier senior leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Growth & Partnerships: Lead national account negotiations, strategic hiring, and acquisitions to expand market share and service offerings.

Client Engagement: Strengthen and grow recurring revenue streams through trusted client relationships and service excellence.

Execution of Strategy: Drive implementation of strategic plans with measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience: 15+ years in the insurance or quality management industry, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Location is US location flexible
