Key Responsibilities:

+ Quality Management: Oversee and maintain high standards of care across all nursing services to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

+ Compliance and Communication: Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards while fostering clear and effective communication among the nursing staff.

+ Resident Care Coordination: Assess and address the nursing needs of all residents, ensuring that personalized care plans are developed and followed.

+ Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated on nursing theory and practices, sharing this knowledge with the team to ensure the best possible care.

+ Medical Records Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all medical documentation and resident records.

+ Staff Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and orientation of new nursing staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to provide exceptional care.

+ Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to the dynamic needs of the facility with a flexible work schedule that supports both staff and residents.

Qualifications:

+ Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska

+ Previous clinical leadership experience
