Our client, a leader in the agricultural industry, is seeking a General Operator to join their team. As a General Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting various seasonal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** General Operator

**Location:** New Madrid, MO

**Pay Range:** $18.00 for day shift, $19.50 for night shifts

**Shift:** Rotational shifts including day and night

What's the Job?

+ Support a variety of responsibilities including inspecting and maintaining seed crops.

+ Assist in seed inventory management and ensure a constant supply of seed for conditioning.

+ Participate in harvesting activities and seed packaging during peak seasons.

+ Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed for shipment.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing pro boxes as needed.

What's Needed?

+ Knowledge of production agriculture and plant operations.

+ Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds.

+ Forklift experience

+ Flexibility to work long hours and rotational shifts, including overtime as needed.

+ Reliable transportation to the work site.
