As a Seasonal Elevator Help, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our grain elevator. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in our organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Seasonal Elevator Help - starting around the last week of September

    **Location:** Winamac, IN

     

    Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00

     

    **Shift:** 7:30 AM - 6 PM, M-F & 7:30 - 4:30 Sat.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with clean-up tasks around the grain elevator.

    + Perform scale clerk duties, including weighing and recording grain deliveries.

    + Support the team in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

    + Help with loading and unloading grain as needed.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during the busy season.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

    + Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.

    + Availability to work long hours Monday through Saturday.

    + Able to shovel/sweep as needed.

    + Be able to climb a ladder
