**Job Title:** Electrical Field Service Technician/Engineer

What's the Job?

+ Identify, develop, and implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems.

+ Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical distribution systems and equipment.

+ Plan, schedule, coordinate, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

+ Conduct predictive maintenance activities such as IR Thermography and Transformer Oil Analysis.

+ Work independently in the field and make technical decisions based on established procedures.

What's Needed?

+ Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

+ Experience in the maintenance of medium voltage electrical systems in an industrial environment.

+ Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve results with minimal supervision.
