Overview SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Enterprise Delivery to join our Technology & Engineering team in Reston, VA. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, design, implementation, and ongoing management of a portfolio of enterprise information technology and application modernization programs. Essential Job Duties Program Oversight: Directly manage a complex portfolio of contracts and simultaneously meet technical delivery and financial metrics. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the stability and security of the organization. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement. Continual Improvement: Act as a focal point for driving improvement across the business through process, operational, and technology improvement initiatives. Minimum Requirements Ability to obtain and retain a Top Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 10 years’ experience providing support to the Department of Defense and / or Federal Civilian Agencies. Experience providing technical oversight of programs or portfolios exceeding $100 million in total contract value. Demonstrated ability to capture new business and grow existing business. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams. Financial acumen and experience with budget management. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Demonstrated understanding of industry standard project management and service delivery frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. ITIL 4 certification. Agile SAFe certification. Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment. The Vice President will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, often requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Travel may be required to meet with partners, clients, and stakeholders. The role demands a high level of responsibility and accountability, often involving tight deadlines and complex issues. May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
