Salary: $60k /yearly Covering both Lufkin and Beaumont offices This is an office-based position; travel required Business Hours: Monday - Friday; 800am - 5pm Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know Associate Director Responsibilities: Direct management assigned branch staff including recruiting, hiring, staff development and discipline. Provide guidance and direction to assigned branch leadership. Identify opportunities for operational improvement of assigned staff, and develops and implements plans to optimize work performance of teams Supports the Director in the day-to-day management of all office staff and related activities including recruiting,hiring, assessment activity, staffing/scheduling, risk management requirements, payroll/billing requirements, and all compliance and human resource needs. Work with area and regional leadership to maintain branch operational consistency across the region. Ensure adherence to applicable company policies and procedures, and all applicable compliance requirements for the branch. Monitor compliance and report any opportunities for improvement to leadership. Achieve and maintain exemplary standards in the care of our clients and our referral sources. Oversee the overall quality and depth of the Care Partner pool and service levels provided to the clients and referral sources. Qualifications Be the Best Associate Director You Can Be. Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred Valid driver’s license
