As a Nurse Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of care coordination, advocacy, and caregiver support—ensuring every member receives the highest quality of life and medical attention.

    What You’ll Do

    + Be the clinical leader for member health and wellness.

    + Coordinate care with Primary Care Physicians and other agencies.

    + Conduct assessments and develop personalized AFC care plans.

    + Supervise, train, and support caregivers to deliver exceptional care.

    + Ensure compliance with medical standards and documentation.

    + Participate in case conferences and support planning.

    + Drive quality assurance through audits and policy reviews.

    What You Bring

    + RN license (Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing)

    + 2+ years of direct care experience with elderly or disabled adults

    + Supervisory experience (1+ year preferred)

    + Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

    + Ability to train adult learners and manage electronic health records

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
