    Warehouse Associate – Specialist, Logistics

    Position Summary:

    Adecco is hiring a **Warehouse Associate – Specialist, Logistics** . In this role, you'll be responsible for managing freight logistics, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining effective communication across internal teams, drivers, and customers. If you're detail-oriented with experience in logistics and transportation, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Enter load information into the Freight Optimizer system from customer tenders

    + Assign drivers/carriers and monitor routing for the Lowe’s dedicated route

    + Maintain real-time communication via phone and email with both internal teams and external customers

    + Track and verify daily pickups/deliveries to ensure timely, damage-free arrivals

    + Resolve customer complaints and provide status updates on in-transit loads

    + Conduct driver check calls and confirm load delivery for accounting processing

    + Investigate and document overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)

    + Schedule, reschedule, or decline delivery appointments as needed

    + Provide accurate routing directions and special instructions to drivers

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + Minimum 1 year of logistics or transportation experience

    + Basic knowledge of the transportation and freight industry

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Experience writing routine reports and business correspondence

    + Ability to follow instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form

    + Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

    **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
