    What You’ll Lead

    + Preventive maintenance strategies and process improvements

    + Efficiency optimization across thermal and mechanical systems

    + Root cause analysis and corrective action planning

    + Design and implementation of plant upgrades

    + Predictive maintenance programs and outage management

    + Cross-functional collaboration with supervisors, contractors, and utility partners

    Your Responsibilities

    + Own engineering reports, work plans, and project coordination

    + Lead technical meetings and represent the plant externally

    + Mentor junior engineers and guide contractors

    + Analyze performance data and recommend improvements

    + Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards

    + Drive continuous improvement across all engineering functions

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited school (BSME or BSCE preferred)

    + 3+ years in power generation, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial projects

    + Expertise in mechanical engineering, reliability, and process improvement

    + Strong skills in project management, thermal systems, and preventive maintenance

    + U.S. work authorization

    The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $191000.00/yr.
