As a Superstructure Resident Engineer in Houston, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the construction of complex bridge and transportation projects, ensuring safety, quality, and innovation every step of the way.

    What You’ll Do

In this leadership role, you’ll be the on-site authority guiding construction teams and ensuring project success. Your responsibilities will include:

    * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

    * Proven experience as a Resident Engineer or construction specialist on major bridge or transportation projects

    * Active Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain Texas PE via reciprocity within a few months

    * Strong knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, building systems, construction engineering, and document control

    * Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset

    Ideally, you'll also have:

    * PTI Level 1 Multistrand and Grouted PT Inspector Certification

    * Experience with cable-stayed bridge design and construction engineering
