    Based out of the St. Louis office you’ll assist a team of project managers, scientists, geologists, and engineers in delivering environmental services on time and within budget for world class projects. You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive group of professional staff as you plan and execute field activities including soil sampling, soil vapor and indoor air sampling, drilling activities, groundwater sampling, and remediation system maintenance; prepare scopes of work for subcontracts, conduct data analysis on field and laboratory data sets, and create technical reports documenting completed activities and results.

    * Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or Geological Engineering

    * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

    * Willingness and ability to perform field work/travel (up to 50-75% for first 2-3 years)

    * United States Citizenship

    * Drivers license required

    Ideally, you’ll also have:

    * 3.0 GPA

    * A previous internship related to your field of study

    * Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs

    * Self-driven time management and organizational skills

    * Ability to obtain 40-hour Hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) training and current 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher class, if needed for role
