    Quality Packaging – Production Worker

     

    Openings: 4 Positions Available

    Pay Rate:

    + 2nd Shift: $22/hour

    + 3rd Shift: $23/hour

    Job Summary:

    This role supports pharmaceutical packaging operations by ensuring product quality, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Weigh finished products to detect missing components

    + Clear line culls and document discarded materials

    + Prepare, inspect, and package finished goods into shippers

    + Fill cartons, carriers, or shippers with product, labels, literature, or applicators

    + Clean machines during or after operation

    + Follow SOPs, GDP, safety policies, and cGMP standards

    + Verify lot codes and expiration dates on packaging components and finished goods

    Must-Have Skills:

    + Bilingual in Spanish

    + At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP-regulated production

    + Experience with machine operation in a production environment

    + Familiarity with packaging processes and quality assurance procedures

    + Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

    + Ability to follow written instructions and maintain documentation accurately

    Preferred Skills:

    + Bottling, batching, blending, compounding

    + General labor and production line experience

    + Inspection and mixing

    Shift Schedule:

    + Training (Required):

    + 1st Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (4 weeks)

    + Post-Training Options (Based on Availability):

    + 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.

    + 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.

    + Breaks:

    + 45-minute lunch

    + Two 15-minute breaks

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
