    Job Title: Telehealth Nurse Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Telehealth Nurse to ensure the health and wellness of employees within our organization. The role involves triaging employees via phone or video, creating plans for their return to work, and addressing further medical needs. Additionally, the Telehealth Nurse will develop infection control plans, educate employees on health measures, and collaborate with HR on return-to-work guidelines and workers' compensation claims.

    Responsibilities

    + Triage employees over the phone or video and create action plans based on medical concerns.

    + Clear employees to return to work.

    + Ensure new employees complete required medical screenings, including physicals and vaccines.

    + Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in telehealth and telemedicine.

    + Registered Nurse (RN) certification.

    + Proficiency in medical assisting and patient care.

    + Familiarity with Epic systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + RMA certification is beneficial.

    + Experience in creating and implementing infection control plans.

    Work Environment

    This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 08:30 am to 05:00 pm. The role is based in a busy outpatient cardiology office, with openings available in Scarsdale, Hawthorne, and Yonkers, NY. The office handles 50-100 patients a day. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to manage patient care effectively.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scarsdale, New York.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00/hr.
