Our client is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional service to a diverse customer base. This role blends communication, empathy, and efficiency, allowing you to support customers and contribute to the success of a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Customer Interaction: Deliver excellent service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to customers via phone, email, and other communication platforms—both in Spanish and English.

+ Problem-Solving: Actively listen to customer concerns and address them with empathy, patience, and efficiency while providing clear guidance.

+ Bilingual Support: Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring cultural sensitivity and effective communication.

+ Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using CRM systems.

+ Feedback Collection: Capture customer feedback and identify trends to help improve processes and service delivery.

+ Collaborative Communication: Partner with internal departments to escalate issues, streamline workflows, and align customer needs with company goals.

+ Customer Retention: Build rapport with repeat customers, maintaining relationships that foster satisfaction and loyalty.

+ Brand Representation: Uphold the organization’s mission, values, and reputation in your interactions with customers.

Requirements

+ Language Skills: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.

+ Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or client relations. Bilingual customer service experience is highly preferred.

+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages, with cultural sensitivity and awareness.

+ Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.

+ Organization: Strong multitasking ability and excellent time management skills.

+ Attitude: Positive, empathetic, and customer-centric mindset.

+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
