    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will handle key financial tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and timely payments.

    • Oversee accounts receivable tasks, ensuring accurate billing and prompt collections.

    • Utilize QuickBooks to maintain financial records and streamline accounting processes.

    • Perform data entry with precision to support financial reporting and analysis.

    • Process invoices efficiently while verifying accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.

    • Generate and review financial reports to support decision-making.

    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all financial transactions.

    • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

    • Familiarity with invoice processing workflows.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting.

    • Knowledge of financial reporting and record-keeping practices.

    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
