    Description

    Responsibilities:

    + Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases and spreadsheets

    + Update and maintain records and files as needed

    + Verify data for accuracy and completeness

    + Review and correct errors in data entry as necessary

    + Prepare and sort documents for data entry

    + Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

    + Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role

    + Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

    + Knowledge of data entry procedures and basic office equipment

    + High school diploma or equivalent
