Description We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Natick, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial transactions, payroll processes, and employee benefits while supporting various administrative operations. Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, collections, and processing client payments.

• Manage accounts payable by overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring timely payment approvals.

• Process payroll activities such as bonuses, commissions, salary adjustments, and reimbursements.

• Administer employee benefits enrollment and maintain accurate records of client expenses.

• Support onboarding processes for new hires and conduct exit interviews as needed.

• Maintain and update internal databases to ensure accurate and organized records.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy.

• Assist in general agency operations, including compliance with financial and HR policies.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements • At least three years of bookkeeping experience with a focus on detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and related financial software.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Experience with full-cycle payroll management, including bonuses and reimbursements.

• Familiarity with human resources administrative tasks, including onboarding and benefits.

• PR agency or similar client/agency experience preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
