Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues with equipment such as roll converters, industrial sewing machines, assembly lines, hydraulics, and pneumatics. The position is primarily for the 3rd shift, with training on the day shift. The 3rd shift operates from 7pm to 7am on a 4 days on and 4 days off schedule and receives a shift premium.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.

+ Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks.

+ Troubleshoot and repair machinery.

+ Maintain facility and associated equipment.

+ Collaborate with maintenance vendors.

+ Keep work area clean and orderly.

+ Complete and submit purchase requisitions.

+ Install equipment and electrical components and test for proper functioning.

+ Ensure all machinery adheres to federal, state, and company safety standards.

Essential Skills

+ 3-5 years industrial plant maintenance or electrical experience.

+ Experience with industrial controls.

+ Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals.

+ Mechanically inclined and capable of performing physical labor.

+ Ability to read blueprints and experience with fabrication.

+ Excellent safety and attendance record.

+ Ability to work overtime when required.

+ Self-motivated and able to multi-task.

+ High attention to detail and organization.

+ Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and repair.

+ Strong electrical skills, including 480V and PLC troubleshooting.

+ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.

+ Experience with CNC, machine installation, and maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
