NOW HIRING RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT MANAGER!
Responsibilities:
+ Provides assistance and support to the Arc Erie County NY’s Residential program.
+ Monitors and maintains scheduling and oversight of new hires within the residential program
+ Oversee floater staff to ensure staff are in compliance with floater guidelines and mandatory trainings.
+ Assists in administrative tasks related to residential staff movement and ensures residential program management is updated on any schedule/staffing changes.
+ Participates in administrative tasks to assist in the maintenance of budgetary expectations for the staffing, minimizing the use of overtime
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree PLUS (1) year full-time paid direct service experience in residential or similar services OR
+ Associate’s degree PLUS (3) years full-time paid direct service experience in residential or similar services OR
+ High School PLUS has (5) years full-time paid direct service experience in residential or similar services.
A valid NYS driver's license and approved driving record is required!

Position Summary:
Provides assistance and support to the residential program. The Residential Supports Manager supports the IRAs in collaboration with the support departments to increase compliance, staff retention, and accuracy of internal processes completion
Reporting Relationship:
Receives direct supervision from the Director of Residential Services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Monitors and maintains scheduling and oversight of new hires within the residential program
+ Participates in the weekly recruitment meetings with HR and residential program administration
+ Oversees floater staff to ensure they are in compliance with floater guidelines, and mandatory trainings
+ Assists in administrative tasks related to residential staff movement, and ensures residential program management is updated on any schedule/staffing changes.
+ Participates in administrative tasks to assist in the maintenance of budgetary expectations for the staffing, minimizing the use of overtime
+ Assists in the monitoring of residential DSP III trainings through Relias to ensure compliance
+ Participates in administrative tasks to support the residential homes with financial documentation, reporting, and compliance.
+ Collaborate with residential management to streamline financial workflows
+ Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Residential Services
+ Participates in planning groups and committees as assigned, to assure continuity of programs.
+ All other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree PLUS one year full-time paid direct service experience in residential or similar services.
OR
Associates Degree PLUS three years full-time paid direct service experience in residential or similar services.
OR
High School PLUS five years full-time paid direct service experience in residential or similar services.
PLUS
A valid NYS driver's license and approved driving record is required.

+ Human Relations Skills:
The ability to communicate with individuals in a positive manner, demonstrate the ability to be a leader and serve as an appropriate role model to staff members. Receive supervision instruction in a positive manner. Adhere to and administer Agency’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
+ Equipment Operation:
The ability to operate household appliances; washer, dryer, stove, electrical equipment, copier, fax machine, snow blower possibly, agency vehicle/van. Proficient in the operation of the computer’s hardware and software including applications and programming. Occasional snow shoveling, leaf raking, operate wheelchair on van when necessary. Use household cleaners, chemicals, and ability to come in contact with normal household dust/dirt.
