RGP is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Category Manager Consultant to lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive procurement initiatives across corporate services categories (non-IT).

This requires onsite presence in Seattle (98109) 4-5 days a week.

+ Lead sourcing projects end-to-end (vendor selection, RFPs, negotiations, implementation).

+ Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions.

+ Deliver data-backed recommendations that balance cost savings, risk mitigation, and efficiency.

+ Manage the full contract lifecycle with strong ownership and attention to detail.

+ 5+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement with measurable results.

+ Category experience in Finance, HR, or Corporate Services.

+ Strong communicator and influencer who thrives in fast-paced environments.

+ Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

+ Pay Range: $70-$85/hr.
