As a Legal Intern you will:

+ Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis on insurance issues and other corporate legal matters.

+ Perform 50-state surveys and research projects to support enhancement of corporate policies and procedures.

+ Attend department meetings and shadow in-house counsel at meetings and strategic discussions.

We are looking for a candidate who is a law school student and is a rising 3 rd year law school student.
