• Construction Field Representative

    System One (Coraopolis, PA)


    System One is looking for a Construction Field Representative to join our client's team. This role is vital for overseeing the execution of various engineering projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are met.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary on-site representative for engineering projects, ensuring seamless communication between management and our clients.

    + Supervise daily operations to ensure all project milestones and safety protocols are strictly followed.

    + Conduct comprehensive site inspections and evaluations, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations.

    + Collaborate closely with the project team to resolve issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

    + Maintain meticulous records of project progress, resources, and any deviations from planned activities.

    + Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

    Requirements:

    + 5+yrs of experience in Civil Engineering/Construction, with a focus on field operations.

    + Proven ability to manage on-site operations effectively.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    + Proficiency in project management software and tools.

    + Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

    + Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
