• Portal Support Specialist (A-Sight) Journeyman

    Amentum is seeking a **Portal Support Specialist (A-Sight) Journeyman** to support our **FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3)** contract.

    Responsibilities

    + Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and user account management for the A-Sight Management Portal.

    + Resolves user issues related to access, system functionality, and workflow processes while ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.

    + Manages user accounts, permissions, and authentication processes, maintaining system security and compliance with ARNG G2 operational requirements.

    + Delivers user training and guidance to enhance portal proficiency and adoption across stakeholders.

    + Develops training materials, conducts instructional sessions, and provides ongoing support to assist users in navigating portal functionalities.

    + Collaborates with administrators, developers, and stakeholders to address system improvements, optimize user experience, and refine training methodologies.

    + Facilitates help desk operations, ticket tracking, and resolution processes to maintain an efficient and responsive support system.

    Requirements

    + Active Secret Clearance

    + 4-9 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
