Salary: $3404 / Week

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of care for those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social or emotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required

+ Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required

+ Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Title: Bilingual LCSW / LMFT – Sonoma, CA

Assignment Length: 6 Months (Temp-to-Perm Potential)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Part-Time: Minimum 3 Days/Week Accepted)

Shift: Day Shifts

Start Date: Two weeks after offer acceptance

Local Pay Rate: $70/hr

Travel Weekly Pay: $3,404

+ Taxable Income: $1,160

+ Stipends: $2,244

About the Role:

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join the Integrative Behavioral Health Services team at a respected facility in Sonoma, CA . This role is ideal for bilingual professionals (Spanish/English) passionate about serving diverse and multicultural communities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct mental health screenings and provide evidence-based psychotherapy

+ Collaborate with primary care providers to enhance patient outcomes

+ Facilitate referrals to community resources and specialty care

+ Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy

+ Participate in warm handoffs and urgent evaluations

+ Maintain accurate documentation and engage in case management

Qualifications:

+ Licensed LCSW or LMFT in California

+ Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field

+ Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred

+ Experience in community health and working with Latino populations preferred

+ Familiarity with EPIC/EHR systems or willingness to learn

+ Experience with family, couple, and child therapy

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

+ Monday–Friday (Day Shifts)

+ Part-Time accepted (minimum 3 days/week)

+ Occasional evening or Saturday shifts

+ Hybrid work option available after training period
