    Short Job Description

    The ideal Padding Machine Operator is responsible for operating a padding machine on pipeline projects and wind farms accross the U.S. No experience necessary. We will train the right applicant. Extensive travel required.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate padding machine in a safe and productive manner

    + Perform machine daily maintenance

    + Prepare machine for transport

    + Coordinate with EVP of Padding Operations to ensure successful completion of projects

    Requirements

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Reliable pickup truck

    + Basic hand tools

    + Must pass drug screening, physical, and background check
