Pay Rate:$17-$21

+ Team up with teachers and specialists to support students with learning and behavioral needs

+ Help students with mobility, personal care, and therapeutic routines (don’t worry—you’ll be trained and supported!)

+ Create a positive, inclusive vibe in the classroom

+ Be the steady, encouraging presence that helps students feel seen and supported

+ A high school diploma or equivalent (you’ve got the basics covered!)

+ CPR certification (if needed—we’ll guide you)

+ TB screening and health certificate (per state or contract requirements)

+ You’re 18 or older and ready to make an impact

+ You meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Most importantly: you care deeply about kids

+ Experience working with children or in education

+ Patience that could rival a saint

+ A sense of humor and a love for high-fives
