    Qualifications & Experience

    •** **What You'll Do:

     

    As an **Admissions Shift Lead** , you're the go-to team leader ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front gates and beyond. You’ll be part of a **dynamic leadership team** , setting the tone for excellence in **guest service, safety, and team motivation** .

     

    •️ Your Role Includes:

    + 🎯 Leading the day-to-day operation of Admissions — and supporting F&B, Retail, and Attractions as needed

    + 🙋‍♀️ Serving as **Supervisor on Duty** , helping team members, handling guest issues, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork

    + 🎉 Inspiring your team to be **“Guest Obsessed”** , delivering fun, energetic, and WOW-worthy service

    + 📋 Delegating tasks, monitoring queues, and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the attraction

    + 🛠️ Taking initiative with guest recovery, staff coaching, and daily problem-solving

    + 🗣️ Helping train new Hosts in everything from **ride and food safety** to **retail standards**

    + 🎓 Supporting performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and scheduling tasks

    + 🧼 Upholding all **health and safety protocols** to protect your team and our guests

    + 📚 Keeping accurate records of training, incidents, and team performance

    •** **What You’ll Bring to the Brick Table:

    + 🎓 High school diploma or GED required

    + 👥 6+ months experience in customer service, attractions, entertainment, or retail (leadership experience preferred!)

    + 😄 Passion for working with children and families in a playful, interactive environment

    + 💪 Confidence in leading a team and coaching others to deliver next-level service

    + 🔄 Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

    + 📢 Strong communication and decision-making skills
