Responsibilities:

+ Administer medications accurately and in accordance with state regulations and company protocols

+ Document medication administration and communicate any concerns or changes to the community director

+ Provide daily care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and mobility

+ Assist with meal service and hydration, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met

+ Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment

+ Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and families

+ Participate in care team meetings and contribute to personalized care plans

+ Support a clean, safe, and engaging environment for all residents

+ Respond to resident needs promptly and with empathy

+ Lead or assist with engaging activities and social interactions to promote resident well-being and cognitive stimulation

+ Willing and able to lift over 25 pounds for tasks such as transferring residents

+ Uphold Fox Trail's values of respect, compassion, and person-centered care

Experience & Qualifications:

+ Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification for the state of New Jersey required

+ Previous experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred (but not required)

+ Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentation

+ Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

+ Must be able to lift 25 pounds and assist in transfers

This position is available for Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem/ALL Shifts
