    Position Description

    American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is currently hiring a dynamic Client Manager to join our team at our office in Warrenville, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing strategic support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth business operations for our national clients and internal AGWS departments. Key responsibilities of this position include:-\tInvestigating and resolving client issues and inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams for solutions -\tStaying updated on product knowledge and data to effectively support clients -\tAddressing client concerns related to contracts and payments -\tManaging operational support for client relationships and assigned products -\tIndependently researching and resolving client questions\/issues, communicating expectations and outcomes to internal teams and clients -\tCreating and implementing standard or customized reporting, policies, and procedures, acting as the main point of contact

    Requirements

    Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred~^~1-3 years of automotive experience (preferred)~^~Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Excel~^~Strong oral and written communication skills~^~Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities~^~3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer relations management~^~Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results as a self-starter
