    Role Overview

     

    Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a **General Manager** to join our team to support our client in Bloomington, MN. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations in a corporate setting supporting our food service operations including retail café, office coffee, micro markets, catering services and food production.

     

    What You'll Do

    Key responsibilities include:

    + Lead and manage front-line staff in providing exceptional customer service

    + Complete daily kitchen inspections

    + Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation to all customers served

    + Implement new programs and systems to support our food service operations

    + Maintain HACCP and safety standards for the operation

    + Maintain Sodexo's cash handling standards, accounting, and reporting processes

    + Prepare operating reports and compile unit data for our client

    + Ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships

    + Minimum 3 years management experience

    + Demonstrated experience in retail food service operations and catering

    + Previous experience in a corporate setting highly desired

    + Strong leadership and communications skills

    + HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification
