    **Sodexo’s Campus Segment** is seeking a **Retail Manager 2** for **Binghamton University** located in **Binghamton, New York.** In this role, you’ll oversee the administrative and operational functions of a **highly visible, fast-paced MarketPlace and other dynamic retail dining outlets** . We’re seeking an innovative leader who embraces technology, adapts quickly to new retail programs, and inspires strong employee engagement while driving strategic growth

    What You'll Do

    + Champion a **zero harm mindset** for yourself, your team, customers, and products.

    + Direct daily operations of food quality and customer service in the **MarketPlace and other retail locations** , including branded concepts.

    + Oversee **cash handling protocols** and compliance with Sodexo control procedures.

    + Ensure exceptional client and customer satisfaction through consistent food quality and service excellence.

    + Supervise and support the day-to-day work of food service staff, supervisors, and managers.

    + Lead, mentor, and train front-line teams on operations, cash management, opening/closing procedures, and Sodexo standards.

    + Manage and enforce HACCP safety programs and ensure compliance with all Sodexo and regulatory guidelines.
