    What You'll Do

    + Lead survey readiness initiatives across multiple Sharp HealthCare facilities, ensuring compliance with TJC, CMS, and state regulations.

    + Collaborate with food service teams to implement standardized processes that support continuous accreditation readiness.

    + Conduct audits and provide actionable insights to improve regulatory performance and operational excellence.

    + Serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory standards, supporting training and readiness across the healthcare system.

    What You Bring

    + Extensive experience in healthcare food service operations with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.

    + Deep knowledge of **The Joint Commission (TJC)** and **CMS** standards; **California Title 22** experience preferred.

    + Credentialed as a **Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)** with senior-level leadership experience.

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to influence system-wide change.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in dietetics, food management, or related field

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in health care clinical management of outpatient services, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.
