    Overview

    Job Summary Details:

    **POSITION SUMMARY:** Performs a variety of functions necessary to ensure that parking customers are provided quality parking services. Also, responsible for verifying parking permits and parker identifications associated with daily and monthly parking as well as other duties assigned.

    **JOB DUTIES:** May include directing traffic, automobile/motorcycle/bicycle inventory, and other duties as needed to insure productive operations, quality services, client and customer satisfaction. Also responsible for walking the lot and reporting any potential safety issues. Job duties may include performing customer courtesy functions; may perform other duties to ensure productive operations, quality service, client and customer satisfaction; may perform parking attendant and garage maintenance functions.

     

    Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

     

    The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

    **EDUCATION/TRAINING/LICENSE (S) REQUIRED:** High School education or equivalent, previous customer service training is helpful. Driver’s license is not required.

    **EXPERIENCE/JOB KNOWLEDGE:** A history of working in the public service industry, a solid employment record and previous experience preferred.

    **COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS:** To assure compliance with many state and federal employment notice requirements, it is expected that all Company employees read and understand English sufficiently to maintain a safe and lawful work environment.

    **DRIVING DESCRIPTION:** Driving cars, trucks, forklifts and other equipment Driving not required Walking on uneven ground Surface lots, ramps and Inclines Exposure to extremes in temperature, humidity or wetness Outdoor conditions / garage conditions Exposure to dust, gas fumes, or chemicals Exhaust fumes
