The Hawai‘i Pacific Health Medical Group is comprised of over 700 employed physicians and advanced practice providers. Together with our four medical centers (Kapi‘olani, Pali Momi, Straub, and Wilcox) and more than 50 convenient clinic locations statewide, our nonprofit health system is one of the state’s largest health care providers. Our network of physicians and specialists work together to provide a distinctive and effective model of coordinated care for maintaining the health and wellness of our patients.
Upholding our ambitious mission requires that all of our offices, hospitals and clinics are effective and operational. This takes an Administration team dedicated to keeping everyday operations running smoothly so that we deliver the highest quality health care to our patients and their families. Whether you are an executive or an assistant, overseeing clinical operations or customer care, you help to provide essential services for our facilities and fiscal and organizational responsibility for the organization as a whole.
As the Clinic Operations Coordinator, you will bring essential oversight and leadership to manage staff activities and daily operations in our department. Your responsibilities will include providing training to improve the facility staff’s proficiency in their assigned tasks, and helping to improve patient flow and revenue cycle management processes. We are looking for someone dynamic and dedicated, with great organizational and communication skills and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.
