    PDS Tech Commercial is hiring enthusiastic **IT Tier 1 Technicians** to support a critical infrastructure team in Marion, OH.     What You'll Do

    As part of a 24/7 IT support rotation, you’ll help ensure uninterrupted operations at our mills by:

    + Providing front-line support via calls, emails, chats, and ticketing systems

    + Troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues

    + Managing account functions such as password resets and access requests

    + Clearly communicating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical users

    + Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when needed

    + Following standard procedures and documentation for all technical support

    + Assisting with IT projects and participating in an on-call rotation as needed

    + Upholding strict safety standards and workplace protocols

     

    Qualifications — What We’re Looking For

    Required:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Ability and drive to learn new skills within the first 90 days

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Basic understanding of networks, WAN/LAN concepts, and IT support functions

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

    + Ability to work varied shifts in a 24/7 environment

    + Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

    + Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work fully on-site

    Preferred:

    + Associate degree in IT or related field

    + 1–2 years of experience in help desk or technical support

    + Certifications: AZ-900 or AZ-104

    + Experience with ITSM tools and support ticketing systems

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
