• Technician, Cleanroom - 2nd Shift

    Job Description Summary:

    Trained to perform cleaning, cleanliness verification, and packaging per:

    + S308

    + S311-4 / -5 / -6 / -8

    + Approved Valve-specific Engineering drawing and:

    + Cleaning Procedures (CPs)

    + Test Procedures (TPs)

    + Test Reports (TRs)

    + Qualification Procedures (QPs)

    + Others as required

    Performs:

    + Pre-cleaning / bulk cleaning using pre-cleaning equipment and established methods

    + Gowning / de-gowning for an ISO Class 5 cleanroom

    + Precision cleaning of piece parts, kits, and assemblies

    + Cleanliness verification for contamination (FOD), damage, and defects utilizing:

    + Evident CIX100 Particle Counting Microscopes

    + White light visual verification

    + Ultraviolet visual verification

    + Total Solids Analysis

    + Non-volatile Residue Analysis

    + Manual microscopes and video scopes

    + Packaging cleaned hardware per process or hardware-specific instructions

    + Maintenance checklists to monitor and maintain

    + Clean environment and equipment

    + Stocks of consumables (solvents, bagging plastic, gowning items, etc.)

    + Functional testing of electrical and pneumatic valve systems as required

    + Training of new technicians and providing feedback to engineering teams for continuous improvement of documents, procedures, tooling, and methods.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
