Administrative Coordinator, PPMC HR
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly dependable Administrative Coordinator to deliver exceptional administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team across a wide range of Human Resources programs and services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and professionalism of HR operations.

Job Summary:
+ Working under moderate supervision, the Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and is responsible for a broad range of HR coordination and support activities that advance the goals of the entity's HR office. This role plays a critical part in the day-to-day operations of various HR programs and services within the entity, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
+ The incumbent will work closely with the entity's Human Resources team and collaborate, as needed, with related HR teams across the organization to deliver on key initiatives and responsibilities. This includes managing communications, scheduling, documentation, and other administrative functions that directly support the CHRO and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
Responsibilities:
+ Administrative Excellence: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and travel, prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Clerical Support: Perform data entry, document preparation, recordkeeping, and file management. Ensure timely processing of HR forms and paperwork.
+ HR Program Assistance: Provide hands-on support for administrative tasks for employee relations, engagement initiatives, compensation projects, talent acquisition efforts, and compliance tracking.
+ Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize logistics for meetings and HR events, including room bookings, technology setup, catering, and minute-taking.
+ Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and workspace organization to support a productive environment.
+ Communication & Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring timely follow-up.
+ Project & Task Management: Track progress on HR initiatives, compile data, and support decision-making through research and documentation.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and administrative staff across departments to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
+ H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
+ 3+ years related administrative and human resources support (Required)
+ Bachelor of Arts or Science (Preferred)
+ Education Specialization: Business, Human Resources, or related course of study

+ Ability to use Microsoft Excel
