Hospitality Solutions has a comprehensive suite of best-in-class products that empower hotels and hotel chains to better market and sell their products, as well as manage the guest experience.

     

    We’re looking for a **Sr. Director of HRIS & HR Operations** to lead our global HR tech strategy and keep our people processes running like clockwork. You’ll own our HR systems, data, and core operations — making sure they’re scalable, efficient, and designed for an amazing employee experience.

    What you’ll do:

    + Own and optimize our global HR tech stack and integrations.

    + Lead all HR operations — from onboarding to exits — with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

    + Partner across HR, IT, and Finance to streamline workflows and improve service.

    + Build dashboards and insights that help leaders make smart talent decisions.

    + Lead and grow a high-performing global HRIS & Ops team.

    What we’re looking for:

    + 10+ years in HR, with 5+ years leading HRIS and Ops at scale.

    + Expertise in major HCM systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, etc.).

    + Proven track record driving process improvement and system optimization.

    + Skilled at turning data into actionable insights.

    + Strong communicator and change leader who thrives in a global setting.
