    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficiently

    + Maintain stockpiles and ensure proper material placement and inventory control

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational readiness

    + Communicate with dispatch and plant personnel to coordinate material flow

    + Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

    + Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining equipment and site cleanliness

    + Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs and procedures

    + Reliable work ethic and consistent attendance

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Must meet all legal and company requirements for operating heavy equipment

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
