    Job Title: Scientist – In Vitro ADME / Drug Discovery

    **Location:** Spring House, PA (On-site)

    **Pay:** $35/hr-$40/hr

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Scientist** to join a cutting-edge research team focused on advancing drug discovery efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a **bachelor’s or master’s level scientist** to gain hands-on experience in **in vitro ADME assays** , with a focus on **antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)** and **radio-ligand therapies (RLTs)** . The successful candidate will contribute to innovative projects aimed at improving patient health outcomes globally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform routine maintenance of cell lines and execute in vitro experiments involving ADCs and RLTs

    + Collect cellular samples and cell culture media as per established protocols

    + Conduct radioactive assays utilizing **liquid scintillation counting**

    + Support data recording, analysis, and reporting in compliance with laboratory standards

    + Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experiments and optimize protocols

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences** , or a related field

    + Hands-on experience with **pipetting** and **cell sample collection**

    + Proficient in **2D cell culture** techniques; experience with **3D cell culture** is a plus

    + Comfortable working with **radioactive materials** (preferred)

    + Familiarity with **imaging techniques** is desirable

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

    + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship

    + Reliable transportation to the **Spring House, PA** facility is required
