    Position Overview

    The Executive Assistant at UCHealth is a dynamic and integral role, providing high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Pharmacy Services and multiple directors within a fast-paced, innovative healthcare environment. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. As an Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted partner, ensuring the seamless management of executive responsibilities and enhancing the overall efficiency of the pharmacy leadership team. This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote work option.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Proactively manage complex calendars for assigned leaders, coordinating appointments, meetings, teleconferences, and travel. Prioritize requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure optimal time utilization.

    + Serve as a primary point of contact. Screen and route correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.

    + Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations; record accurate minutes; track follow-up actions; and ensure timely distribution of documents.

    + Arrange detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and expense reporting for executives. Anticipate and resolve logistical issues to ensure smooth travel experiences.

    + Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain meticulous electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring compliance with UCHealth policies and regulatory standards.

    + Foster strong professional relationships within and outside UCHealth. Represent executives in a positive, service-oriented manner.

    + Originates, prepares, processes and edits personnel, financial or operational reports and documents.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or GED

    + Experience: Minimum of 5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a healthcare or large organizational setting.

    + Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), videoconferencing platforms, and document management systems.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse personalities and handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.

    + Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

    + Proven track record of handling confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.

    + Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

    Pay: $57,428 - $86,132 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

    + UCHealth is a qualifying employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program! UCHealth provides employees with free assistance navigating the PSLF program to submit their federal student loans for forgiveness through Savi.
