    Looking for a flexible role? We’re seeking a** **Float Caregiver** **who’s open to a variety of assignments across Jackson County. This position is ideal for someone dependable, adaptable, and willing to step in where coverage is needed.

     

    + Flexible hours/days (schedule varies based on client needs)

    + Assignments may change; not a fixed client schedule

    + Must be comfortable working in homes with **pets** and/or **smoking**

    + Reliable transportation required; travel within the county is expected

    Job Responsibilities for **CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers** **-**

    + Activities of daily living [ADL's]

    + Light housekeeping

    + Bathing

    + Dressing

    + Grooming

    + Toileting

    + Nail care

    + Range of motion / exercises

    + Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices

    + Oral feeding

    + Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

    + Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

    + Assisting with ambulation

    + Medication assistance
