    With direct supervision, assists more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer HR programs across the span of HR areas.

    Responsibilities

    + Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets; Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes

    + Some contact with applicants; Assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycle

    + Address routine questions by managers and employees; Assists in the coordination of local training

    + Coordination of corporate sponsored training

    + Training of development plans; Address well-defined questions by managers and employees

    + Assist other HR team members in preparing for merit review process

    + Assists with completion of HR projects

    + Assists with compliance/audit activities

    + Data entry and filing

    + Assists with employee appreciation events/activities

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + University degree in Business, or HR Management

    + 1-2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment

    + Spanish fluency highly preferred
