Our client, a leader in the plastic pellet industry, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the Warehouse operations supporting the Inventory Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Shipping/Receiving Clerk

**Location:** Eagle Rock, VA

**Pay Range:** $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience

**Shift:** 1st shift working 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

+ Identify and tag items to pack on customer orders.

+ Pack items securely for shipment on UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, and truck shipments.

+ Use current business system to reprint packing slips and identification tags for spare parts orders.

+ Receive and inspect commercial items ordered from suppliers.

+ Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and to remove/replace items on inventory shelves.

What's Needed?

+ Previous forklift experience.

+ 2+ years of warehouse experience.

+ High school diploma or equivalent education (additional technical skills a plus).

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Must be able to lift items up to 80 pounds.
